What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide Free 2-Day Delivery Shipping on most items in our store! (UPDATE 3/23/20 – SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19)

What is your returns policy?

Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned, unless defective, due to health and legal issues. Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a returns authorization number (RMA). Product must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with all tracking information. You can also login to your account at any time to view your order status.
