Customer Service Manager   (Last Updated 1/10/23):

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively through various sales channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Monitor and respond to customer return requests for both in-store and online orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment that fosters excellent customer communication and satisfaction
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their customer service skills and overall performance
  • Monitor and report on team performance and customer service metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and achieve company goals

Warehouse Associate   (Last Updated 2/15/23):

Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately check products that come into the warehouse against a packing list, ensuring our inventory remains organized and error-free. While experience operating a forklift is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately check incoming products against packing lists to ensure proper inventory control
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval
  • Load and unload shipments, utilizing forklifts when necessary (if trained and certified)
  • Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in periodic inventory audits and assist with resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and achieve warehouse goals
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and able to accurately compare product shipments to packing lists
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime as needed
  • Must pass a full background check and drug screen
  • Experience operating a forklift is a plus, but not required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer and math skills for inventory tracking and reporting
